Home delivery

Within EcoDim, the following applies: ordered on working days before 16:00 = delivered the next working day.
A parcel is usually delivered the next working day by DPD (or exceptionally by EcoDim delivery service) before 17:00. This excludes national holidays.

Delivery attempts

DPD generally applies 3 delivery attempts to the addressee. You will always be informed about the time of delivery. This can be by e-mail, SMS or a note in your letterbox. If a delivery attempt fails, DPD is free to choose another delivery method. This includes delivery to a DPD ParcelShop or delivery to one of the adjacent addresses.

When delivering the parcel, a Delivery Receipt must always be signed by an authorised recipient.


If you want to return something, you can send it back to our address. The cost of returns is at your own expense. Our address:

Products must always be unused and neatly packed.
The packaging must also be undamaged. In case of damaged products, the purchase price will not be returned.
